These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and EDFY Inc. ("EDFY", "we", "us") governing your use of the EDFY mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the EDFY app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EDFY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the EDFY application on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; reverse engineer or decompile the app; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
EDFY is a 100% positive, family-friendly platform. By using the Service, you agree to these absolute content standards:
Zero Tolerance: One serious violation of these standards may result in immediate, permanent account termination without warning or refund. We maintain a safe space by taking violations seriously.
All content is subject to automated AI moderation ("Vibe Check™") and human review before publication. EDFY reserves the right to remove any content that does not meet our standards at our sole discretion.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting content on EDFY, you grant EDFY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
EDFY's IP: The EDFY name, logo, app design, "Vibe Check™", "Gems™", "Vault Academy™", and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of EDFY Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Copyright Infringement: If you believe content on EDFY infringes your copyright, please contact support@edfyapp.com with your DMCA takedown notice.
EDFY provides in-app tools to report inappropriate content and block other users. We review all reports and take action in accordance with our Community Standards. Abuse of the reporting system (e.g., false reports) may result in account suspension.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@edfyapp.com. Account deletion is permanent.
EDFY may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, Community Standards, or applicable law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases.
Your use of EDFY is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. EDFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDFY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF EDFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EDFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDFY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EDFY Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your content posted on EDFY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware / United States], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with EDFY on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action litigation.

If you downloaded EDFY from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Google Play Terms govern your relationship with Google.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
